	Creating the project Choose Win32 C++ Stationery
	Select the Win32 C++ App item located in the Win32 GUI App Tree.
	Add the required libraries to the project  Add File menu, or just drag n drop them from your folder to the project window ) You're ready to get in the game development !

Lib files are usually located in the folder of your compiler, you can simply perform a search on disk to locate them.
